PROJECT UPDATES

Our construction process has begun! This has been a very long journey to date, but we now have the project fully entitled and a site plan approved! So we are kicking off the process with asbestos and environmental remediation. This process will take 3-4 months barring no major issues with a cost of nearly $1M. We are projecting the next phase of construction to begin in early Spring 2024 and estimate to place the building into service sometime in 2025. We look forward to providing a lower cost alternative for the citizens in our community who need it most. Stay tuned for updates!
